商用车纯电驱动桥下线检测研究

Research on Off-line Detection of Pure Electric Drive Axle of Commercial Vehicle

电驱桥作为纯电动商用车的核心部件,直接决定了整车的性能。为了规范商用车电驱动桥下线检测工艺及保证装配产品质量,调研了国内外相关检测标准,同时结合同行业检测现状以及电驱动桥产品结构提出四项重要检测项目,并介绍了各种检测项目的适用范围及技术要求等,为同类产品的下线检测提供了技术支持。

As the core component of a pure electric commercial vehicle,the electric drive axle directly determines the performance of the entire vehicle.In order to standardize the off-line inspection process of commercial vehicle electric drive axles and ensure the quality of assembled products,the relevant domestic and foreign inspection standards were investigated,and finally four important inspection items were proposed based on the current inspection status of the same industry and the electric drive axle product structure,the application scope and technical requirements of various inspection items were introduced.The research provides technical support for the offline detection of similar products.
