摘要
汽车底盘中的车架承受变化且复杂的载荷,对车架的技术要求十分严格,而传统的农用车车架设计显示出局限性。文中对车架的功用和类型进行了介绍;运用ANSYS软件对车架存在的问题进行分析试验,解决了以上问题;最后对国内外车架的研究现状作了详细阐述,并对试验结构体系进行了系统的分析。
The frame of automobile chassis bears the changeable and complicated load,and the technical requirement of frame is very strict,but the traditional design of agricultural vehicle frame shows its limitation.The functions and types of the frame were introduced.The problems existing in the frame were analyzed and tested by using ANSYS software,and the problems were solved.Finally,the research status of frame at home and abroad was described in detail,and the test structure system was systematically analyzed.
