摘要 差压式质子交换膜(PEM)电解制氢技术是国际上电解制氢的研究热点,是适合可再生能源制氢的先进技术。综述了差压式制氢与常压制氢以及均压式制氢相比所具有的优势。以差压式制氢结合机械压缩的模式对外高压供氢,从综合效率最优角度,综述了差压式制氢最优压力的选择。针对差压式制氢存在氢气渗透影响运行安全与效率的问题,从质子交换膜抑制氢渗透改性、在氧侧增加催化手段两个方面综述了氢气渗透的缓解策略。 As an advanced technology suitable for hydrogen production from renewable energy,proton exchange membrane(PEM)water electrolysis under differential pressure was an international research hotspot in hydrogen production region.Compared with atmospheric electrolysis and balanced high-pressure electrolysis,the comprehensive advantages of unbalanced high-pressure electrolysis were reviewed.Combining unbalanced highpressure electrolysis with mechanical compression,the pressure selection of unbalanced high-pressure electrolysis was introduced from the perspective of optimal overall efficiency.In view of the hydrogen permeation caused by differential pressure,the mitigation strategy of hydrogen permeation was reviewed,including the modification of the membrane and the addition of recombination catalyst.
