摘要
研究了铝空气电池空气电极正极中的PTFE含量及煅烧热处理对其使用寿命、放电电压和功率密度的影响。研究表明,PTFE含量过低时电极使用寿命较差,过高时电极放电电压及功率密度较低。催化层中的PTFE含量为25%,防水层中PTFE含量为60%时,空气电极的综合性能最佳。160 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下放电中压达到1.16 V,使用2500 h后仍能达到0.92 V。240 mA/cm^(2)电流密度下功率密度达到峰值,为227 mW/cm^(2)。催化层与防水层复合后采用340℃热处理效果最佳,能显著提升空气电极的使用寿命,同时不会造成放电电压及功率密度下降。
The effect of the content of PTFE and the calcination heat treatment on the service life,discharge voltage and power density of the positive electrode of the aluminium-air battery were studied.The results show that the service life of the electrode is poor when the content of PTFE is too low,and the discharge voltage and power density of the electrode are low when the content of PTFE is too high.When the content of PTFE in the catalytic layer is 25%and that of the waterproof layer is 60%,the comprehensive performance of positive electrode is the best.The discharge medium voltage is 1.16 V when the current density is 160 mA/cm^(2),and can still reach 0.92 V after 2500 h.The power density reaches the peak value when the current density is 240 mA/cm^(2),and it is 227 mW/cm^(2).After the catalytic layer and the waterproof layer were composited,best performance can be obtained when the calcination heat treatment at 340℃is applied.The service life of the positive electrode can be significantly improved and the discharge voltage would not be reduced.
