聚驱A注水站注水泵优化调整及认识 被引量:3

摘要 A注水站建于2001年,主要为杏四~五区东部聚驱供高压水,下游建有注聚站8座。杏四~五区东部聚驱区块Ⅰ块注入水质为清水,Ⅱ块注入水质为深度污水。由于区域水量需求与注水泵排量不匹配,造成该区域注水单耗较高。因此,优化聚驱A注水站注水泵运行,对油田节能降耗具有重要的意义。通过对杏四~五区东部聚驱注水系统开展的能耗状况调查,挖掘注水系统节能潜力,提出注水系统注水泵减级、区块注入水质统一、注水泵运行模式优化等节能措施,实现年节电506×10^(4) kWh的节能效果。 A water injection station built in 2001,mainly supplies high-pressure water for polymer flooding in the east of Xing 4~5 district,and 8 polymer injection stations are built downstream.The water injected into block I of polymer flooding block in the east of Xing 4~5 district is clean water,and the water injected into block II is deep sewage.Due to the mismatch between the regional water demand and the displacement of water injection pump,the unit consumption of water injection in this area is high.Therefore,optimizing the operation of water injection pump in polymer flooding a water injection station is of great significance to energy saving and consumption reduction in oil field.Through the investigation on the energy consumption of polymer flooding water injection system in the east of Xing 4~5 district,the energy-saving potential of water injection system is excavated,and energy-saving measures such as reducing the grade of water injection pump in the water injection system,unifying the injection water quality in the block and optimizing the operation mode of water injection pump are put forward,so as to achieve the energy-saving effect of saving 506×10^(4) kWh of electricity per year.
