摘要
在川南地区页岩气区块勘探开发中,探井评价井相对较分散距离较远,并且受地形限制,输气管道短期内无法铺设到位,在探井评价井试气和产能评估过程中天然气点火放空,造成天然气能源资源浪费。文中研究的撬装式压缩天然气卸气装置通过优化过滤、调压、加热及超压紧急切断保护等关键工艺流程实现了压缩天然气—液化天然气的安全高效转化,具有小型化、集成化、安装简单、拆装及运输方便等诸多优势,可安装于已建成液化天然气压缩天然气场站或天然气集气站中,用于接收附近压缩天然气(CNG)场站生产的CNG。该装置的应用,解决了压缩天然气运输距离短,区域内产能压缩天然气供大于求的问题,有效减少天然气点火放空量,确保天然气能源资源颗粒归仓,在实际使用中取得较好的效果。
In the exploration and development of shale gas blocks in southern Sichuan,the evaluation Wells of exploration Wells are relatively far apart,and the gas pipeline cannot be laid in place in a short time due to the terrain limitation.In the process of gas test and productivity evaluation of exploration Wells,the gas is ignited and blown out,resulting in the waste of natural gas energy resources.In this paper,we study the CNG gas discharging device by optimizing the filtering device prizing type,voltage regulator,heating and overpressure emergency cut-off protection key technological process to achieve the efficient conversion of CNG,LNG safety,miniaturization,integration,simple installation,convenient tear open outfit and transport,and many other advantages,can be installed in the completed liquefied natural gas(LNG)terminal set natural gas or natural gas,Used to receive CNG produced by a nearby compressed natural gas(CNG)station.The application of the device solves the problems of short transportation distance of compressed natural gas(CNG)and excess supply of CNG capacity in the region,effectively reduces the amount of gas ignition and venting,and ensures the warehousing of natural gas energy resources particles,achieving good results in practical use.
