Discrimination and Analysis of Two Non-gas Explosion Accidents in Gas Use Sites

辨析两起燃气用气场所中的爆炸事故,该两起事故起初被误认为燃气爆炸事故,通过现场调查与研究,最终判定为非燃气爆炸事故。一起事故为居民用气场所中,高压锅排汽安全阀堵塞,致使高压锅内蒸汽压力剧增,产生蒸汽爆炸;另一起事故为商业用气场所中,液态导热锅的导热油引起的爆燃事故。燃气用气场所爆炸事故时有发生,但燃气并非用气场所中引起爆炸事故的唯一危险因素。

Two explosion accidents in gas use sites were distinguished and analyzed.The two accidents were initially mistaken for gas explosion accidents.Through field investigation and research,they were finally determined as non-gas explosion accidents.One of the accidents was caused by the blockage of the steam exhaust safety valve of the pressure cooker in the residential gas use site,resulting in a sharp increase of the steam pressure in the pressure cooker and a steam explosion.Another accident is a deflagration accident caused by the heat conduction oil in the liquid heat conduction pot in a commercial gas use site.Explosion accidents often occur in the gas use sites,but gas is not the only risk factor causing explosion accidents in the gas use sites.
