摘要
为了实现中高端EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂的国产化,对EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂进行了研制。EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂由12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂(7%~13%),PAO基础油(75%~90%,40℃运动黏度控制在40 mm^(2)/s~60 mm^(2)/s之间),1.0%的复合抗氧剂(0.5%的烷基二苯胺+0.5%的受阻酚),3.0%的复合抗磨极压剂(0.5%硫代磷酸盐+1.0%磷酸酯+1.5%氨基硫代酯)及4.0%的聚四氟乙烯组成。EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂的理化性能达到或超过了进口EPS转向器润滑脂,在钢-塑料摩擦副上的平均摩擦因数降低了约18.5%。传动效率及耐久性台架试验表明,EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂的平均传动效率较进口EPS转向器润滑脂高出了1.5%,并且通过了10万次循环的耐久性试验。30 Mm行车试验表明,EPS转向器蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂完全能够满足汽车EPS转向器的润滑要求,实现了中高端EPS转向器润滑脂的国产化。
In order to realize the localization of medium and high-end EPS steering gear worm grease,EPS steering gear worm grease was developed.EPS steering gear worm gear grease was consisted of 12-hydroxy lithium stearate soap(7%~13%),PAO Stock(75%~90%,40℃kinematic viscosity controlled between 40 mm^(2)/s~60 mm^(2)/s),1.0%complex antioxidant(0.5%alkyl diphenylamine+0.5%hindered phenol),3.0%complex anti-wear extreme pressure additive(0.5%thiophosphate+1.0%phosphate+1.5%aminothioester)and 4.0%polytetrafluoroethylene.The physiochemical performances of EPS steering gear worm grease reached or exceeded that of imported EPS steering gear grease,and the average frictional coefficient on steel-plastic frictional pairs was reduced by about 18.5%.The efficiency and durability rig test showed that the average transmission efficiency of EPS steering gear worm grease was 1.5%higher than that of imported EPS steering gear grease,and had passed the durability test of 100000 cycles.30 Mm field experience showed that EPS steering gear worm grease could fully meet the lubrication requirements of automotive EPS steering gear,and realized the localization of medium and high-end EPS steering gear grease.
