摘要
水基切削液可减少刀具和工件间的摩擦,带走切削热量,提高刀具的耐用度以及工件的表面光洁度,是金属加工中不可缺少的润滑辅助材料。但是水基切削液的泡沫增加了刀具和工件间的摩擦,也无法及时带走切削热,加剧了刀具的热磨损,降低了刀具的使用寿命,也直接影响到工件的加工精度和表面光洁度,因此消泡性能是衡量水基切削液优劣的重要指标之一。水基切削液的泡沫问题是由多种因素综合作用引起的,与工艺或设备,水质硬度,切削液的用量及切削液自身的消泡性能有关。从泡沫产生的原因,泡沫稳定性的影响因素等对水基切削液的泡沫问题进行了分析和探讨,并有针对性地提出了在使用过程中消除水基切削液泡沫问题的解决方案。
Aqueous removal fluids could reduce the friction between the tool and the workpiece,take away the cutting heat,improve the durability of the tool and the surface finish of the workpiece.It is an indispensable lubricating auxiliary material in metal working.However,the foam of aqueous removal fluids increased friction between tool and workpiece,and could not take away cutting heat in time,and aggravated the thermal wear of the tool,reduced the service life of the tool,and directly affected the machining accuracy and surface finish of the workpiece.Therefore,defoaming property is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of aqueous removal fluids.The foam problem of aqueous removal fluids could be caused by many factors,which are related to the process or equipment,the hardness of water,the amount of aqueous removal fluids and the defoaming property of the aqueous removal fluids itself.The foam problem of aqueous fluids was analyzed and discussed from the causes of foam and the impact factors of foam stability,and a solution for eliminating the foam problem of aqueous removal fluids in use is put forward.
