X荧光压片法测定80%钒铁中V、Si、Al、P多元素含量

摘要 由于无80%钒铁的标准样品,因此我们采用钒铁生产厂家分析过的不同含量的样品,自配制不同V、Si、Al、P含量梯度的样品,通过化学法及ICP等离子光谱仪和钒铁生产厂家做对比实验,最后定值,建立X荧光80%钒铁V、Si.Al、P分析曲线,采取化学法与仪器法紧密结合,为炼钢生产提供准确的数据,监督80%钒铁质量,更好地指导炼钢生产。本方法精密度好,准确度高,而且分析速度快,分析过程简单易于操作。 There are no standard samples of 80%V ferrovanadium in our physical and chemical analysis laboratory,therefore,the ferrovanadium samples with gradient contents of V,Si,Al and P are chosen from ferrovanadium samples with known components from ferrovanadium manufactures and retested by a chemical method and a inductively coupled plasma(ICP)spectrometer method,the results from the chemical method and the ICP method are compared with the components from manufactures and then confirmed,a X-ray fluorescence analysis curve of V,Si,Al and P in 80%V is set up.In this way,the chemical method and the ICP method are cooperated closely to provide accurate data for steelmaking production,supervise the quality of 80%V ferrovanadium and better guide steelmaking production.The ICP method has good precision,high accuracy and fast analysis speed and is simple and easy to operate.
