为探讨无砟高速铁路道岔及道床板施工技术应用要点,结合新建商丘至合肥至杭州高速铁路站前工程实际情况,对道岔及道床板施工的技术要点进行详细分析,并总结施工要点。在无砟高速铁路施工中,道岔及道床板施工是重中之重,其施工质量直接关系到高速铁路运行的安全,但道岔及道床板结构复杂,施工精度要求极高,需进行岔道二次精调,并严格控制每道施工工序的质量,才能保证无砟高速铁路建设质量,促进我国高速铁路事业稳健发展。

In order to discuss the application points of switch and bed slab construction technology of ballastless high-speed railway,combined with the actual situation of the new Shangqiu Hefei Hangzhou railway construction,the technical points of switch and bed slab construction are analyzed in detail,and the key points of construction is summarized.In the construction of ballastless high-speed railway,the construction of switch and bed slab is the top priority,and its construction quality is directly related to the safety of high-speed railway operation.However,the railway switch and bed slab are complex in structure,and require very high accuracy in construction,thus it is necessary to carry out secondary fine adjustment of the switch and strictly control the quality of each construction process,so as to ensure the construction quality of ballastless high-speed railway and promote the steady development of the high-speed railway industry in China.
