摘要
为设计出满足用户需求的产品,运用Censydiam用户动机分析模型进行用户需求研究。通过用户访谈法和问卷调查法,获取目标用户信息;采用Censydiam用户动机分析模型的“两纬度八动机”的研究方法对用户信息进行聚类与分析。以医用胎心仪为实验案例,证明了该方法的可行性。Censydiam用户动机分析模型可以深度挖掘用户复杂交错的情感需求,构建用户的价值观、生活形态以及需求动机等方面的内容,实现精准定位,指导产品设计实践,增强用户使用体验,为产品创新设计提供新思路。
In order to design products that meet user demand, the Censydiam user motivation analysis model is used to conduct research on user demand. Information of target users is obtained by means of user interview and questionnaire survey, and the research method of “two latitudes and eight motives” in the Censydiam user motivation analysis model is applied to cluster and analyze user information. The medical fetal heart rate monitor is taken as an experimental case, proving the feasibility of this method. The Censy-diam user motivation analysis model can deeply dig into users' complex and intertwined emotional needs, and construct users' values, lifestyles, demand motives etc., which thus helps to achieve precise positioning, guide product design practices, enhance user experience and provide new ideas for product innovation design.
