摘要
近几年来3D打印砂芯、砂型在铸造行业的应用得到快速的发展,在3D打印过程中,打印用砂的温度直接影响着砂芯、砂型的质量,所以对砂型3D打印用砂的温度控制提出了一定的要求。砂型3D打印用砂温度的控制主要由砂温调节器来实现,本文主要针对砂温调节器对于3D打印用砂温度的精确控制展开讨论与研究。
In recent years,the application of 3D printing sand core and sand mold in the casting industry has developed rapidly.In the process of 3D printing,the temperature of printing sand directly affects the quality of sand core and sand mold.Therefore,certain requirements are put forward for the temperature control of sand for 3D printing of sand mold.The control of sand temperature for 3D printing of sand mold is mainly realized by sand temperature regulator.This paper mainly discusses and studies the accurate control of sand temperature for 3D printing by sand temperature regulator.
