摘要
铸件损伤是铸造生产常见缺陷之一,尤其是对大型柴油机机体,由于产品本身结构及浇冒口系统设计均比较复杂,在后续清理过程中极易产生铸件损伤缺陷。针对大型柴油机机体铸件清理过程中产生铸件损伤缺陷问题,对铸件浇注系统、冒口结构、清理工具及清理操作方式进行了分析、研究并采取了相应的措施,有效避免了铸件损伤缺陷的发生。
Casting damage is one of the common defects in casting production,especially for large diesel engine block whose structure and gating and riser system design are complex,and easy to produce damage defects in the subsequent cleaning process.This paper analyzes,studies and improves the design of casting gating system,riser structure,application of cleaning tools and cleaning operation mode,in order to effectively avoid the occurrence of casting damage and defects.
