摘要
某模具厂家用铸铁制造生产的玻璃瓶成型模具在使用过程中内壁产生麻点,送检其中一件分析原因。通过对模具化学分析、硬度试验分析、金相组织微观试验分析,发现模具内壁产生麻点的原因为材料中有大量的大块状含钼第二相质点及含钛夹杂物所致。
The inner wall of glass bottle forming mold produced by a mold manufacturer produces pitting in the process of use,and one of them is sent for inspection to analyze the reason.Through the chemical analysis,hardness test and microstructure microscopic analysis of the mold,it is found that the cause of pitting in the inner wall of the mold,and there are a large number of massive second phase particles containing molybdenum and titanium inclusions in the material.
