WP10H气缸盖表面缺陷原因分析及对策

摘要 针对WP10H气缸盖生产过程中出现的表面缺陷,通过解剖缺陷位置,利用光学显微镜及光谱分析仪对表面缺陷的类型和成因进行分析,认为该表面缺陷为缩陷。结合WP10H气缸盖生产工艺,分别从原辅材料、化学成分、浇注温度、型砂及砂芯刚度、产品结构等方面分析了铸件表面缩陷的原因。生产实践表明,通过控制原材料质量、优化碳当量、调整浇注温度、加强型砂和砂芯刚度、优化产品结构等措施可有效预防表面缩陷缺陷的产生。 According to the surface defect of WP10H cylinder head in the production process,the surface defect is considered to be shrinkage by analyzing the defect location,the type and cause of the surface defect by optical microscope and spectrum analyzer.Combined with the production technology of cylinder head,the reasons of surface shrinkage of casting were analyzed from the aspects of raw and auxiliary materials,chemical composition,pouring temperature,molding sand and core stiffness,product structure and so on.The production practice shows that the surface shrinkage defects can be effectively prevented by controlling the quality of raw materials,optimizing carbon equivalent,adjusting pouring temperature,strengthening the stiffness of molding sand and sand core,and optimizing product structure.
