摘要
混料模块是砂型3D打印机的重要组成部分,混料模块中下料称重系统的下料准确性对3D打印砂型的质量有着直接的影响。分析了下料准确性的影响因素,并对减少飞料量、改进控制方式两种提高下料准确性的方法进行了研究;实验证明通过减小飞料量并结合改进控制方式可以有效地提高混料模块下料准确性。
The mixing module is an important part of sand 3D printer,and the accuracy of the feeding weighing system in the mixing module has a direct impact on the quality of 3D printed sand.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of blanking,and studies two methods to improve the accuracy of blanking by reducing the amount of flying material and improving the control mode.The experimental results show that the accuracy of mixing module can be effectively improved by reducing the amount of fly material and improving the control mode.
