摘要
在“三全育人”视阈下,将工程伦理教育融入专业教育,培养工科大学生的社会责任感、工程伦理意识和工程伦理思维,提高工科大学生的家国情怀、职业道德、系统思维和创新能力等综合素质,是我国高等教育人才培养体系改革的必然要求。本文以太原科技大学材料成型及控制工程专业为例,对工程伦理教育的内涵及实施路径等进行了探析,为推动高校构建“三全育人”格局,提高人才培养质量提供了参考。
Under the perspective of“three-wide educations”,the engineering ethics education should be integrated into the professional education to cultivate the engineering students’sense of social responsibility,engineering ethics consciousness and engineering ethics thinking,it is an inevitable requirement for the reform of talent training system of higher education in China to improve the comprehensive quality of engineering college students,such as national feelings,professional ethics,systematic thinking and innovative ability.Taking the material forming and control engineering specialty of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper probes into the connotation and implementation path of engineering ethics education,and in order to promote the construction of the pattern of“Three complete education”in colleges and universities,the paper provides a reference for improving the quality of personnel training.
