摘要
目的:探讨团体心理辅导调整大学生不良就业心态的有效性和可行性。方法:以症状自评量表和大学生就业心态问卷为研究工具,采用前后测的等组实验设计,对38名具有不良就业心态的大学生进行干预。结果:在实验前测中,对照组和实验组在就业心态的3个因子和整体水平上彼此相当,差异不显著;而在实验后测中,实验组与对照组相比,分数明显降低,且在生理反应、自信不足和整体水平上存在显著差异。同时,在实验前测中,对照组和实验组在症状自评量表SCL-90的10个因子和总分上彼此相当,差异不显著;而在实验后测中,实验组与对照组相比,分数明显降低,且在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、人际敏感和总分上存在显著差异。结论:团体心理辅导对调整大学生就业中的认知偏差、缓解负性情绪、增加探索行为具有积极作用,是一种有效的干预方式。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of group psychological counseling in ad-justing university students'unhealthy employment mentality.Methods:Using the symptom self-assessment scale and the university students'employment mentality questionnaire as research tools,pretest and post test equal-group experimental design was used to intervene 38 university students with employment psy-chological bias.Results:In the pretest,the control group and the experimental group were comparable in the three factors of employment mentality and the overall level,and there was no statistically significant difference;In the post-test,the scores of experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and there were significant differences in physiological response and the overall level.In the pretest,the control group and the experimental group were comparable to each other in the 10 factors and the total score of the symptom self-rating scale SCL-90 without statistically significant difference;In the post-test,the scores of experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group,and there were significant differences in somatization,depression,anxiety,paranoia,interpersonal sensitivi-ty and total score.Conclusion:Group psychological counseling has a positive effect on adjusting the cogni-tive biases,alleviating negative emotions and increasing exploratory behaviors in the employment of uni-versity students,which is an effective intervention method.
