外周血TPS、CEA、HOTAIR在结肠癌患者中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

Expressions and Clinical Significances of TPS,CEA and HOTAIR in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Colon Cancer

摘要 目的探讨外周血组织多肽特异性抗原(TPS)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、HOX转录反义RNA(HOTAIR)在结肠癌患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2018年7月—2020年8月本院收治的56例结肠癌作为观察组,另选取同期我院体检健康者41例作为对照组,检测2组外周血TPS、CEA、HOTAIR水平并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析TPS、CEA、HOTAIR对结肠癌的诊断价值。结果观察组外周血TPS、CEA、HOTAIR阳性检测率均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组外周血TPS、CEA、HOTAIR水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);TPS、CEA、HOTAIR诊断结肠癌的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.785、0.769、0.792,敏感度分别为98.20%、98.20%、91.10%,特异度分别为53.70%、65.90%、65.90%。结论外周血TPS、CEA、HOTAIR与结肠癌的发生发展存在一定联系,通过检测上述指标有利于结肠癌的临床判断及病情评估。 Objective To investigate expressions and clinical significances of polypeptide specific antigen(TPS),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and Hox transcriptional antisense RNA(HOTAIR)in patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 56 patients with colon cancer admitted between July 2018 and August 2020 were selected as observation group,and other 41 healthy persons undergoing physical examinations at the same period were selected as control group.Levels of TPS,CEA and HOTAIR in peripheral blood were detected,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn to analyze values of TPS,CEA and HOTAIR in diagnosis of patients with colon cancer in two groups.Results In observation group,positive rates of TPS,CEA,and HOTAIR in peripheral blood were significantly higher(P<0.01),and TPS,CEA and HOTAIR levels in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The areas under the ROC curves of TPS,CEA and HOTAIR in diagnosis of colon cancer were 0.785,0.769 and 0.792 respectively;the sensitivity values were 98.20%,98.20%and 91.10%respectively,and the specificity values were 53.70%,65.90%and 65.90%respectively.Conclusion There is correlations between TPS,CEA and HOTAIR in peripheral blood with the occurrence and development of colon cancer in some degree.Detections of the above indexes are conducive to the clinical judgment and condition evaluation of patients with colon cancer.
