国家中心城市高质量发展综合评价--基于CRITIC法的灰色关联度分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于2016—2019年9个国家中心城市的面板数据,构建国家中心城市高质量发展评价指标体系,运用CRITIC法和灰色关联分析对国家中心城市高质量发展情况进行测度和综合评价。结果表明:第一,创新发展类指标、共享发展类指标、居民生活类指标对国家中心城市高质量发展的影响程度最大;第二,国家中心城市高质量发展各子系统和综合指数水平均呈现东部地区中心城市优于中西部地区,同时将9个中心城市分成3个梯队,第一梯队是上海、广州、北京,第二梯队是武汉、天津,第三梯队是成都、西安、郑州、重庆。最后,根据结论把脉新时代国家中心城市高质量发展水平分布规律,为推进中心城市高质量发展,促进我国高质量全面、协同发展提供依据。 Based on the panel data of 9 national central cities from 2015 to 2019,an evaluation index system is constructed for the high-quality development of the national central cities.The CRITIC method and grey correlation analysis method are used to measure and comprehensively evaluate the high-quality development of the national central cities.The results show that:first,innovative development indicators,shared development indicators,and residents’lives indicators have the greatest impact on the high-quality development of national central cities;second,the various subsystems and comprehensive index levels of the high-quality development of the national central cities show that the central cities in the eastern region are better than central and western regions.At the same time,9 central cities are divided into 3 echelons.The first echelon is Shanghai,Guangzhou and Beijing,the second echelon is Wuhan and Tianjin,and the third echelon is Chengdu,Xi'an,Zhengzhou,and Chongqing.Finally,this paper grasps the distribution characteristics of the high-quality development of the national central cities in the New Era and provides foundations for advancing the high-quality development of central cities and promoting comprehensive and coordinated development of China.
