eCASH护理模式预防胸腔镜下食管癌根治术后谵妄的效果

Effect of eCASH nursing mode on prevention of delirium after thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy

目的探究eCASH护理模式预防胸腔镜下食管癌根治术后谵妄的效果。方法选择2019年1月1日至2020年12月1日收治的120例食管癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组应用eCASH护理模式。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、谵妄程度、谵妄发生情况及持续时间、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果术后8、16、24、48 h,观察组的VAS、Nu-DESC评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的谵妄发生率、并发症总发生率低于对照组,谵妄持续时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论eCASH护理模式在胸腔镜下食管癌根治术患者中的应用效果显著,可明显减轻术后疼痛程度,从而降低术后谵妄的发生风险,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of eCASH nursing mode on prevention of delirium after thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy.Methods A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer admitted in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 1,2020 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received eCASH nursing mode.Postoperative pain degree,delirium degree,occurrence and duration of delirium,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 8,16,24,48 h after surgery,VAS and Nu-DESC scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of delirium and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the duration of delirium was shorter than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eCASH nursing mode for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical esophagectomy has a significant application effect,it can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain so as to reduce the risk of postoperative delirium,which is worth popularizing.
