Construction of Multilevel Quality Assurance Mechanism for CPC Member Admission among Colleges Students in the New Era

新时代背景下提高高校学生党员发展质量,是高校全面从严治党,提高党的建设质量的必然要求。传统的高校学生党员发展模式,存在党员培育单一化、党员发展程式化、发展标准缺乏量化等问题。高校需立足学校特色,以提高学生党员发展质量为出发点,通过“三联系、四联动、五强化”工作、党员发展评价矩阵与党员发展指数等量化评价,构建立体化的学生党员发展质量保证机制,不断改进党员发展工作,提升党员发展质量,更好承担培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人使命。

Improving the quality of the CPC member admission among colleges students in the new era is an inevitable requirement for colleges to practice full and strict governance over the Party and to improve the quality of Party's construction.There are some problems in the traditional mode of CPC member admission in colleges,such as the simplification of members cultivation,the stylization of members development and the lack of quantification of development standards.Therefore,colleges should uphold their school characteristics and start from improving the CPC member admission in students.With the work of"three connections,four links and five focuses"and the evaluation matrix and index of CPC member admission,a multilevel quality assurance system for CPC member admission in colleges students can be constructed,and thus colleges can promote the work of CPC member admission,improve the work quality and better undertake the mission of cultivating new generation who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.
