Identification of Key Elements of Teachers'Competency in the Open University in the Intelligent Learning Environment

识别影响教师胜任力的关键要素,对改善内蒙古开放大学教师队伍胜任力不足、多角度提升教师胜任力水平具有重要的推动作用。以内蒙古开放大学系统各层级教师作为调研对象,建立影响智慧学习环境下开放大学教师胜任力的指标体系,通过主成分逐步回归分析对开放大学系统各层级教师胜任力的关键要素进行实证分析,识别出影响开放大学系统各层级教师胜任力的关键要素和核心因素,并据此提出提升开放大学系统各层级教师胜任力的政策启示。

The identification of the key factors affecting teachers'competency plays an important role in improving the competency of teachers in Inner Mongolia Open University and promoting teachers'competency level from multiple angles.Taking teachers at all levels of the Inner Mongolia open university system as the research object,this paper first establishes an index system affecting the competence of teachers in open universities in the intelligent learning environment and sets a principal component regression equation through principal component stepwise regression analysis,and then makes an empirical analysis on the key elements of the competence of teachers at all levels in the open university system,identifying the key elements and core factors that affect the competency of teachers at all levels of the open university system.Based on this,the policy implication to improve the competency of teachers at all levels of the open university system is raised.
