摘要
教师学习是教师专业化成长的必经之路。终身学习理念能够助力教师学习,推动职业院校教师终身学习是职业院校高质量发展的内在要求。基于对终身学习相关概念及关系的阐释,梳理职业院校教师学习研究现状,并对职业院校教师学习内容、过程、方法以及评价等核心要素深入剖析,进而从营造终身学习氛围、构建智慧化学习环境、创建学习共同体、建立知识产权保护机制等方面给出职业院校教师学习推进路径。
Teacher learning is a gateway to teachers'profession improvement.The concept of lifelong learning can be conducive to teacher's learning,thus promoting teachers'lifelong learning in vocational colleges is an inherent requirement for high-quality development of vocational colleges.Based on the explanation of the related concepts and relations of lifelong learning,this paper analyzes the status of teachers'learning and research in vocational colleges and makes an in-depth study of core elements including the content,process,methods and evaluation of teacher learning in vocational colleges,and then suggests the promotion path of teachers'learning in vocational colleges from the aspects of creating a lifelong learning atmosphere,building an intelligent learning environment,creating a learning community and establishing a knowledge property protection mechanism.
