Connotation and Implementation Exploration on the 1 + X Certificate System in Vocational Schools

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出,在职业院校启动1+X证书制度的试点工作。这是我国职业教育领域的一次重大改革。从厘清1+X证书制度的内涵入手,分析实施1+X证书制度的现实意义,并以学校工业机器人操作与运维试点项目为例,探索1+X证书制度的实施策略:“X”项目选择应坚持以产教需求为导向;“X”课程体系改革应坚持提升学生职业素养为导向;“X”师资队伍建设应坚持以理实一体、专兼结合为导向。

National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes to start the pilot work of 1+X certificate system in vocational schools,which is a major reform in the field of vocational education in China.Starting with clarifying the system connotation,this paper analyzes the practical significance of implementing the 1+X certificate system,and takes the pilot project of industrial robot operation and maintenance in author's school as an example to explore the implementation strategies of the 1+X certificate system:the selection of"X"projects should be guided by the needs of industry and education;The reform of"X"curriculum system should adhere to the guidance of improving students'professional quality;The construction of"X"teaching staff should be guided by the integration of theory and practice and the combination of full-time and part-time staff.
