The concept of“Internet+education”has been widely concerned by the education circle since it was put forward,which has accelerated the integration of information technology and education.Distance English Teaching in open education with modern information technology as the main means has the advantages of openness and autonomy of learning,richness and vividness of resources,and personalization and interaction of teaching.In distance English teaching,teachers should give full play to the advantages of network,adopt innovative teaching modes,optimize teaching content,improve supervision mechanism,and strengthen teacher-student interaction to effectively improve the quality of distance English teaching in open education.
