疫情背景下在线清单式教学在重症医学科规培中的实践及思考 被引量:5

Practice and Thinking of Online Checklist Teaching in the Discipline Training of Critical Medicine Department During the COVID-19 Epidemic

摘要 目的探究新冠肺炎疫情背景下,在线清单式教学模式在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法选择2021年3至5月在重症医学科轮科的50名规培学员为对照组,采用传统面授式教学;2021年5至7月轮训的50名学员为观察组,采用线上的清单式教学模式。两组学员在出科前统一进行理论考试、病案分析及实践技能考核,并对学员进行在线问卷调查,对两组的考核情况及问卷调查结果进行对比。结果观察组学员的理论考试及病案分析成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),但在实践技能成绩方面比对照组差(P<0.05)。学员对在线清单式教学的总体满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论改良后的线上清单式教学能够达到重症医学规培的要求,同时激发规培学员的学习兴趣,取得较为满意的教学效果,可以进一步完善、推广。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of the online checklist teaching model in the standardized training of resident physicians in intensive care unit under the background of the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:50 regular trainees in the intensive care unit from March to May 2021 were selected as the control group,who received traditional face-to-face teaching;another 50 trainees in the rotation training from May to July2021 were selected as the observation group,who received the online checklist teaching.The two groups conducted theoretical examinations,medical record analysis and practical skills assessment before leaving the department,all of which were conducted by online questionnaire surveys.The assessment situation and questionnaire survey results of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical examination and medical record analysis scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),but they were worse than the control group in terms of practical skills(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of trainees with online checklist teaching was relatively high(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved online checklist teaching could meet the requirements of intensive care medical training,and at the same time could stimulate the students′interest in learning,and achieve a satisfactory teaching effect,which can be further improved and promoted.
