糖厂设计基础是一门专业性、综合性很强的课程,为了更好的提高该课程的教学质量和效果,对该课程在实际教学中存在的问题进行了总结分析,并从教材、师资队伍建设、教学方式、课程考核和课程体系等方面提出合理的建议并采取了相应的改革措施。结果表明,通过这次改革,学生的课堂表现、课程成绩及综合能力均得到了一定的提升,该课程的教学改革为培养高素质创新应用型制糖人才提供一定的参考。

The Design basis of sugar factory is a specialize,comprehensive very strong course,in order to improve the teaching quality of this course,we analyzes the problems of the course in the practical teaching,and put forward reasonable Suggestions from teaching materials,teacher team construction,course system,teaching methods,course assessmen,as well as take corresponding reform measures.The results showed that through this reform,the classroom performance,course performance and comprehensive ability have been improved to a certain extent,it provides a certain reference for training high-quality applied sugar talents.
