摘要
回顾了天津科技咨询业40年发展历程,总结了咨询行业3个发展阶段的特点,在此基础上提出了在我国经济发展新格局中,天津科技咨询行业发展的对策与建议。
This paper reviews the 40 year development process of science and technology consulting industry in Tianjin,and summarizes the characteristics of three development stages of the consulting industry.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Tianjin consulting industry under the new pattern of China's economic development are put forward.
