从政策理解、专业能力、专家遴选、职业道德4个方面分析了科技评估咨询人员队伍的现状及存在问题,有针对性地提出了科技评估咨询人员职业素质培养的具体措施,为建立高水平的科技评估工作队伍提供参考。

This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of scientific and technological evaluation and consulting personnel from four aspects:policy understanding,professional ability,expert selection and professional ethics.The specific measures for the cultivation of professional quality of scientific and technological evaluation and consulting personnel are put forward to provide reference for the establishment of a high-level scientific and technological evaluation team.
