银色油滴釉的研制及微观结构分析

摘要 采用高岭土、钾长石、石英、方解石、牛骨灰、烧滑石、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CoO、MnO_(2)等原料,通过研究釉料配方对银色油滴釉产生的影响,研制出品质优良的银色油滴釉。结果表明,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量对银色油滴釉晶斑形成和釉表面光滑平整度有显著影响,添加CoO、MnO_(2)不仅有利于油滴形成,而且决定了银色油滴晶斑的呈色,Fe_(2)O_(3)、CoO、MnO_(2)的合适添加量分别为8%、1%和2%。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对银色油滴釉的微观结构进行了表征,釉表面形成银色油滴晶斑是由于析出了大量Fe_(3)O_(4)晶体,晶体排列紧密,呈连续性分布,在釉层内部发现存有大量未逸出的气泡,气泡在釉层中分布呈上小下大的分布规律。 Using kaolin,potassium feldspar,quartz,calcite,bone ash,calcined talc,Fe_(2)O_(3),CoO and MnO_(2)as materials.The silver oil-spot glaze was successfully prepared by studying the effects of glaze formula on making of silver oil-spot glaze.The results indicated that:The content of Fe_(2)O_(3)has a significant effect on the formation of crystal spots and the smoothness of the glaze surface.The addition of CoO and MnO_(2)not only facilitates the formation of oilspots,but also determines the color of silver oilspots.The appropriate addition amounts of Fe_(2)O_(3),CoO and MnO_(2)are 8%,1%and 2% respectively.Combined with XRD and SEM,the microstructure of glaze layer was investigated.The formation of silver oil spots on glaze surface is due to the precipitation of a large number of Fe_(3)O_(4) crystals,the crystals are arranged tightly and distributed continuously.At the same time,a large number of bubbles are also found in the glaze layer,and the distribution regularity of bubbles in the glaze layeris characteristic of upper-small and lower-large.
