摘要
通过测试抗压强度、强度恢复率、吸水率和抗渗压力,对比分析了粉煤灰与矿粉掺量对含渗透结晶添加剂(CCCW)砂浆性能的影响规律,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)仪检测反应产物,结合扫描电镜(SEM)分析活性矿物掺和料对含CCCW水泥基材料性能的影响机理。结果表明,随着粉煤灰或矿粉取代量增加,含CCCW水泥砂浆的抗压强度、强度恢复率及抗渗压力先增加后降低,当粉煤灰或矿粉取代量为10%时,含CCCW水泥砂浆的抗压强度和强度恢复率均最大,且矿粉的改善作用优于粉煤灰的改善作用。
The effects of fly ash and ground slag on the performance of cement-based materials containing cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing materials(CCCW) were analyzed by measuring the compressive strength, the compressive strength recovery ratio, water absorption and impermeability pressure of mortar. The product was detected by X-ray diffraction, and the mechanism was analyzed combining with scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the compressive strength, impermeability pressure, and the recovery ratio of compressive strength of cement mortar containing CCCW first increased and then decreased with the increase of fly ash and ground slag. When the content of fly ash or ground slag was 10%,the compressive strength and compressive strength recovery ratio of cement mortar containing CCCW were the largest, and the improvement effect of ground slag was better than fly ash.
