摘要
研究不同粒径及掺量橡胶颗粒对抹灰石膏工作性能、力学性能、耐水性、表观形貌的影响,探索将废弃橡胶颗粒应用于抹灰石膏中的可行性。结果表明,橡胶颗粒的掺量对抹灰石膏影响显著,粒径影响较小。当橡胶颗粒掺量为20%、粒径为40目(0.380 mm)时,得到的抹灰石膏砂浆综合性能最佳,抗压强度为7 MPa,抗折强度为3.1 MPa,绝干体积密度为1 178 kg/m^(3)。抹灰石膏表面微观形貌分析表明,橡胶颗粒与石膏基材料界面过渡区域存在明显的裂缝,造成抹灰石膏强度下降。
The effects of rubber particles with different particle sizes and contents on the performance, mechanical properties, water resistance,and appearance of plastering gypsum were researched to explore the feasibility of waste rubber particles in plastering gypsum. The results show that,the content of rubber particles has a significant effect on the plastering gypsum, and the particle size has a small effect. When the content of rubber particles is 20% and the particle size is 40 meshes, the plastering gypsum mortar has the best comprehensive performance, the compressive strength is 7 MPa, the flexural strength is 3.1 MPa, and the absolute dry bulk density is 1 178 kg/m^(3). The microscopic morphology of the plastering gypsum surface show that there are obvious cracks in the transition area between the rubber particles and the gypsum-based material interface, resulting in the strength decrease of the plastering gypsum.
