尖山磷矿擦洗尾矿再利用试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 尖山磷矿擦洗尾矿为高硅低镁风化磷矿,对其采用分级-浮选联合工艺进行再利用探索,通过分级先分出200目以上(+0.074 mm)粒级,产率为54.68%,P_(2)O_(5)品位为29.33%,MgO质量分数为0.42%,可以直接作为磷精矿产品;200目以下(-0.074 mm)粒级不需要磨矿直接进行浮选,在正浮选一次粗选、一次精选及一次扫选的闭路条件下,获得精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为31.57%,MgO质量分数为0.78%,精矿P_(2)O_(5)回收率为84.78%,尾矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为7.15%。采用此工艺最终获得磷精矿总产率为79.96%,P_(2)O_(5)总回收率为94.37%。 The scrubbing tailings of Jianshan phosphate mine are weathered phosphate ore with high silicon and low magnesium, and the tailings recycling is explored by the combined process of classification and flotation. The proportions above 200 mesh(+0.074 mm) is separated by classification, and the yield is 54.68%, P_(2)O_(5) grade is 29.33%, MgO mass fraction is 0.42%, which can be directly used as phosphorus concentrate.However, the proportions below 200 mesh(-0.074 mm) can be directly floated without grinding. Under the conditions of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging closed circuit of positive flotation, concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 31.57%, MgO mass fraction of 0.78%, P_(2)O_(5) recovery rate of 84.78%and tailings with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 7.15% can be obtained. The total yield of phosphorus concentrate is 79.96% and the total recovery of P_(2)O_(5) is 94.37%.
