摘要
以郴州桥兴铅锌选矿厂生产尾矿为原料,通过一次浮选的方法将尾矿中对环境危害较大的铅、锌、砷和硫4种元素进行脱除,使其满足建设用砂产品要求。在矿浆p H值为7.5,活化剂硫酸铜用量为50 g/t,捕收剂丁基黄药用量为100 g/t,浮选质量分数为35%,起泡剂2#油用量为60 g/t,浮选时间为6 min的操作条件下,采用一段浮选,可以将尾矿中的S质量分数由0.67%降至0.121%,As质量分数由0.404%降至0.068%,Zn质量分数由0.140%降至0.037%,Pb质量分数由0.260%降至0.234%。浮选后尾矿放射性检测满足GB 6566-2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》要求,毒性浸出检测结果符合GB 5085.3-2007《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》中有害成分浓度限值的规定,可以作为建筑材料使用。浮选后尾矿经分级后可获得3.65%瓷砖胶原料1#砂产品,28.93%瓷砖胶原料2#砂产品和42.35%水泥混合料产品。产品满足GB/T 14684-2011《建设用砂》和T/CECS 10103-2020《用于水泥和混凝土中的铅锌铁尾矿微粉》对产品标准的要求。
Taking a lead-zinc tailing from Chenzhou Qiaoxing mining as raw materials. Lead, zinc, arsenic and sulfur, which had great harm to the environment, were removed by flotation from tailing to meet the requirements of sand products for construction. Under the operating conditions of pulp pH value 7.5, activator CuSO_(4) 50 g/t, collector butyl xanthate100 g/t, pulp density 35%, forther 2# oil 60 g/t and flotation time 6 min, the S in tailing can be reduced from 0.67% to 0.121%, As from 0.404% to 0.068%, Zn from 0.140% to 0.037%, Pb from 0.260% to 0.234%. The radioactivity detection of the concentrate after floatation removal meet the requirements of GB 6566-2010 “Limits of radionuclides in building materials”, and the toxic leaching detection results meet the GB 5085.3-2007 “Identification standards for hazardous wastes Identification for extraction toxicity”, and can be used as building materials. Through the classification of tailing, 3.65% tile-adhesive raw material 1# sand, 28.93% tile-adhesive raw material 2# sand and 42.35% cement mixture products can be obtained. The products meet the requirements of GB/T 14684-2011 “Sand for Construction” and T/CECS 10103-2020 “Lead and zinc, iron tailing powder used for cement and concrete”
