本文主要目的是研究小型水库安全运行管理模式。首先来分析加强小型水库安全运行管理的必要性,其次小型水库安全运行管理的要求及其基本原则,紧接着再来分析在小型水库运行管理过程中存在哪些问题,针对存在的具体问题进行具体的分析,并结合实际情况建立比较完善的小型水库安全运行管理模式,之后在提出加强小型水库安全运行管理的方法措施。对此,通过对小型水库安全运行管理模式进行简单的分析,给行业内其他工作人员提供参考。

The main purpose of this paper is to study the safe operation and management mode of small reservoirs.First of all,we will analyze the necessity of strengthening the safe operation and management of small reservoirs,secondly,the requirements and basic principles of safe operation and management of small reservoirs,and combined with the actual situation to establish a relatively perfect small reservoir safety operation and management mode,and then put forward methods and measures to strengthen the safety operation and management of small reservoirs.In this regard,through a simple analysis of the safe operation and management mode of small reservoirs,it can provide reference for other staff in the industry.
