摘要
氢能在“碳中和”和储能上作用巨大。但氢能作为二次能源,其制取依托于其他形式的能源,如化石能源,太阳能等。氢能与核能的“跨界耦合”不管在技术上还是经济性上都值得深入研究。通过对比分析不同制氢的技术路径,以“绿氢”(电解水制氢)作为研究对象。考虑建设制氢规模1000Nm^(3)/小时,在假定碱性电解水制氢运行成本参数边界的基础上,项目资本金内部收益率9%的前提下,氢气单价在2元/Nm^(3)或3元/Nm^(3)时,测算不同电价,碱性电解水制氢项目最高可接受的投资金额,自下而上,通过逆向成本测算,评估核能进入氢能产业较佳的切入点。
Hydrogen energy plays an important role in"carbon neutralization"and energy storage.However,as a secondary energy,the production of hydrogen energy depends on other forms of energy,such as fossil energy,solar energy and so on.The"cross-border coupling"between hydrogen and nuclear energy is worthy of in-depth study both technically and economically.By comparing and analyzing different technical paths of hydrogen production,"green hydrogen"(hydrogen production from electrolytic water)is taken as the research object.Considering the construction scale of hydrogen production of 1000nm^(3)/h,the unit price of hydrogen is 2 yuan/nm^(3) on the premise of assuming the operation cost parameter boundary of alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production and the internal rate of return of the project capital of 9%Or 3 yuan/nm^(3) When calculating the maximum acceptable investment amount of alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production project at different electricity prices,analyze it from bottom to top,and evaluate the better entry point for nuclear energy to enter the hydrogen energy industry through reverse cost calculation.
