摘要
慢性踝关节不稳定是运动医学中常见的损伤之一。全关节镜下距腓前韧带修复术已成为治疗慢性踝关节外侧不稳定的常用术式。通过将加速康复外科(ERAS)理念应用到手术中,能够优化围手术期处理,降低围手术期并发症,提高手术治疗效果。为了规范ERAS临床路径在全关节镜下距腓前韧带修复手术治疗慢性踝关节外侧不稳定中的应用,通过总结前期临床实践经验,结合目前的文献证据,经江苏省专家组反复讨论,达成本专家共识,供全国足踝外科相关医务人员参考实施。
Chronic lateral ankle instability is the most frequent sports injury. All-inside anatomical repair of anterior talofibular ligament is the most common procedure. The enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) program helps to optimize perioperative protocol of the all-inside anatomical repair of anterior talofibular ligament, minimize perioperative complications, and improve surgical outcomes.This expert consensus was completed after an in-depth discussion of the associated experts in Jiangsu province based on the previous clinical outcomes, combined with the current evidence-based literatures, and under the guidance of the ERAS. This expert consensus could be used as a reference for the relevant of foot and ankle surgery in China.
