摘要
目的:了解学科发展热点和读者需求,为选题策划和组稿提供参考,从而进一步提升期刊影响力和质量。方法:检索本刊2015年1月至2021年10月刊登的全部论文截至2021年12月7日的被引,确定本刊的高被引论文,并进行主题分布、文献类型分布和主题词分析。结果:2015年1月至2021年10月共发表文章1162篇,有效论文1076篇。确定69篇被引频次≥18次的论文为本刊2015~2021年的高被引论文。主题分布情况:第1位为关节相关主题,30篇;第2位为脊柱相关主题,17篇;第3位为创伤相关主题(包含足踝),11篇。文献类型分布情况:指南、共识及述评24篇,临床论著41篇,综述3篇,基础研究1篇。结论:本刊应继续发挥编委和专家团队的优势,组织撰写优秀论文、系列共识和专家指南,并有计划、有目标地进行选题策划。
Objective: To understand the hot spots of subject development and the needs of readers, so as to provide reference for topic selection planning and contribution solicitation and further improve the influence and quality of journals. Methods:All articles published in our journal from January 2015 to October 2021 were searched, and the cited frequency up to December7, 2021 was determined. The distribution of topics, literature types and keywords were analyzed. Results: From January 2015 to October 2021, a total of 1162 articles were published, and the effective articles were 1076. 69 articles with 18 or more citations were selected as the articles with high citations from 2015 to 2021. In terms of topic distribution, the first topic was related to joints, with a total of 30 articles;the second topic was related to spine, with a total of 17 articles;the third topic was related to trauma(including foot and ankle), with a total of 11 articles. There were 24 guidelines, consensus and commentaries, 41 clinical researches, 3 reviews and one basic research. Conclusions: Our journal should continue the advantages of editorial board and expert team, to organize the writing of a series of consensus and expert guide, and carry out topic selection planning in a planned and targeted way.
