Effect of DMAIC Model on Training and Teaching Quality of New Nurses in Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery

摘要 目的探讨DMAIC模式对肝胆胰腺外科新入职护士培训教学质量的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2021年3月河南省人民医院肝胆胰腺外科新入职的80名护士为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组接受常规带教方式培训,观察组接受DMAIC模式培训,均培训1个月,比较两组护士考核成绩、加利福尼亚批判性思维倾向测试量表(CCTDI2000)评分以及教学满意度。结果培训1个月后,观察组理论评分、实践评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);培训1个月后,观察组CCTDI2000量表中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);培训1个月后,观察组对教学工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DMAIC模式在肝胆胰腺外科新入职护士培训教学中的应用较好,能够改善教学质量,提高护士考核成绩与评判性思维能力,且教学满意度更高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of DMAIC model on the training and teaching quality of new nurses in Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery.Methods A total of 80 new nurses in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and a random number table method was used to divide them into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was trained by conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was trained by DMAIC mode,both were trained for 1 month.The assessment results,California critical thinking disposition inventory 2000(CCTDI2000)score and teaching satisfaction of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results After one month of training,the theoretical and practical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After one month of training,the score of each dimension in CCTDI2000 scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of training,the satisfaction of the observation group with teaching was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DMAIC model in the training and teaching of new nurses in Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery is better,which can improve the teaching quality,improve the assessment results and critical thinking ability of nurses,and the teaching satisfaction is higher,and it is worthy of clinical application.
