脑心清胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Naoxinqing Capsule Combined with Levosimendan in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析脑心清胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床效果。方法收集2018年1月至2020年6月在郑州卷烟厂康复医院治疗的78例CHF患者。根据抽签法分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组接受常规方案联合左西孟旦治疗,观察组接受常规方案、左西孟旦联合脑心清胶囊治疗,共治疗12周。评估两组治疗前后彩超指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、血清学指标[脂联素(APN)、N端前脑钠素(NT-proBNP)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)]、临床疗效,并记录治疗期间相关不良事件发生情况。结果治疗后两组LVEF均高于治疗前,LVEDD及LVESD均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,观察组LVEDD及LVESD均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清APN、NT-proBNP及cTnⅠ水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清APN、NT-proBNP及cTnⅠ水平均低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组显效率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组头疼、心悸及低血压等治疗相关不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑心清胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗CHF可有效改善CHF的彩超指标及血清学指标,且显效率更高,安全性好。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Naoxinqing capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 78 CHF patients treated in Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were collected.According to the lottery method,they were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The control group was given the conventional regimen and levosimendan.The observation group was given the conventional regimen,levosimendan and Naoxinqing capsule.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The ultrasonographic indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)],serological indexes[adiponectin(APN),N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)],and clinical efficacy of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated.The occurrence of treatment-related adverse events during the treatment were record.Results After treatment,the LVEF in both groups was higher than those before treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of APN,NT-pro BNP and cTnⅠin both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of APN,NT-pro BNP and cTnⅠlevels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The significant efficacy rate and total efficacy rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of treatment-related adverse events such as headache,palpitations and hypotension between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Naoxinqing capsule combined with levosimendan can effectively improve the ultrasonographic and serological indexes in the treatment of CHF,with high efficacy and safety.
