基于护理程序的整体护理对强直性脊柱炎患者康复的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention Based on Nursing Procedure on Rehabilitation of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探究基于护理程序的整体护理对强直性脊柱炎患者康复的影响。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019年11月至2020年11月收治的80例强直性脊柱炎患者临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=43)和对照组(n=37)。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受基于护理程序的整体护理,干预6个月。干预前后,采用脊柱恢复情况、强直性脊柱炎(AS)病情活动指数调查表、视觉模拟评分法进行对两组患者评估并分析。结果干预6个月后,试验组患者墙枕距、指地距、晨僵时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者胸廓活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前疲倦程度和晨僵程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,试验组疲倦程度、晨僵程度均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6个月后,VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于护理程序的整体护理对强直性脊柱炎患者的康复有促进作用,可促进疾病恢复,缓解疼痛及提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on rehabilitation of patients with ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods Eighty patients with AS in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled,and divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table methods.Control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received routine nursing combined with nursing procedure based holistic nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Both interventions lasted for 6 months.Before and after the intervention,the spinal rehabilitation,Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were recorded in both groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the occiput-to-wall distance,and finger-to-floor distance and morning stiffness duration in experimental group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05),and the chest expansion of experimental group was larger than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of fatigue and morning stiffness between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the degree of fatigue and morning stiffness were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the VAS score in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure for AS patients can effectively promote the recovery,alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life.
