摘要
在“三线一单”提出的大背景下,结合大通湖流域自然地理指标、水生态和水环境指标以及社会经济指标,采用定量自动和人工辅助相结合的方法划分大通湖流域水环境控制单元,并与“三线一单”环境管控单元进行了对比分析,概述了与“三线一单”环境管控单元的联系与区别。同时,基于划分结果提出了相应的环境管控对策,为流域水环境精细化、差异化管理提供指导。
under the background of"three lines and one order",combined with the natural geographical indicators,water ecology and water environment indicators and socio-economic indicators of Datong Lake Basin,the water environment control unit of Datong Lake Basin is divided by the method of quantitative automatic and manual assistance.Compared with the environmental control unit of"three lines and one order",the relationship and difference with the"three lines and one order"environmental control unit are summarized.At the same time,based on the division results,the corresponding environmental management and control countermeasures are put forward to provide guidance for the fine and differentiated management of river basin water environment.
