环境因子对污水微生物丰度及多样性的影响

Influence of environmental factors on the abundance and diversity of wastewater microorganisms

污水中污染物的去除与微生物的丰度、多样性有密切的相关性。了解活性污泥中微生物丰度与多样性受环境因子的影响,有助于对污水处理厂的实际操作提供参考。本文通过对已发表文献的数据收集,从纬度、海拔、温度、进水化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)共7个影响因素,分析其对代表微生物丰度Chao指数和多样性Shannon指数的影响变化。揭示微生物丰度与多样性受环境因子的响应,同时展望对未来污水微生物的研究趋势,以期能够从微观角度为污水处理厂的调控提供理论参考。

The removal of pollutants from wastewater is closely correlated with the abundance and diversity of microorganisms.Knowing how the environmental factors influencing the microbial abundance and diversity of activated sludge can help the practical operation for wastewater treatment plants.In this paper,by literature review,we analyzed how the 7 environmental factors influence the microbial abundance index Chao and diversity index Shannon,which included latitude,altitude,temperature,and chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)in influent water.The results reveal the response of microbial abundance and diversity to environmental factors,and look forward the future research trends on wastewater microorganisms,in order to provide theoretical references for the regulation operation of wastewater treatment plants from a microscopic perspective.
