国内脱磷技术研究概述及脱磷动力学机理分析

摘要 通过查阅大量的文献,了解磷元素对钢的危害,通过研究矿石中磷的赋存状态和存在形式,对不同种类的矿石进行了微生物浸出法、化学法、普通烧结气化法、直接还原焙烧法、微波法等不同脱磷技术的研究,并对其优缺点做出归纳总结。对钢铁冶炼制备过程中磷的脱除机理这一科学问题进行系统性的分析,并对脱磷过程进行动力学机理的分析,从而对实现提高产量、降低成本、扩大规模、绿色高效的目标具有重要意义。基于此,希望后期可以帮助更多的学者研究出可以提高脱磷率更成熟的技术,对世界的钢铁工业的发展、科技的进步具有重要意义。 By consulting a large number of literatures to understand the harm of phosphorus to steel, by studying the occurrence state and existence form of phosphorus in ores, different kinds of de-phosphorization technology including microbial leaching method, chemical method, ordinary sintering gasification method, direct reduction roasting method and microwave method have been studied to different types of ores. The advantages and disadvantages have been summarized. The scientific problem of phosphorus removal mechanism in the process of iron and steel smelting and preparation has been systematically analyzed, as well as the kinetic mechanism of the de-phosphorization process, which has great significance to achieve the goals of increasing production, reducing costs, expanding scale, and energy-saving & high efficiency. Based on this, it is hoped to help more scholars to develop more mature improved dephosphorization technology in the future, which is of great significance to the development of the world’s iron and steel industry and the progress of science and technology.
