摘要
针对密封类薄壁油分壳铸件的冷隔、缩松等铸造缺陷,对其结构、性能、铸造工艺方案、模具设计等做了认真的分析论证,通过调整模具温度及涂料厚度等相关参数,经生产验证去除了该铸造缺陷。证明了该铸造工艺方案及模具设计可行有效,为今后类似铸件的铸造工艺及模具设计开拓了新思路。
In view of casting defects such as cold insulation and shrinkage porosity of sealed thin-walled oil separation shell castings, the structure, performance, casting process plan and mold design have been carefully analyzed and demonstrated. By adjusting the mold temperature, coating thickness and other related parameters, the casting defects have been removed by production verification. It is proved that the casting process scheme and mold design are feasible and effective, which opens up new ideas for the casting process and mold design of similar castings in the future.
