摘要
根据公司现有型砂的工艺参数,在满足型砂强度的情况下,通过优化呋喃树脂的配比,减少不必要的生产成本浪费,通过优化固化剂的配比,控制型砂反应速率以匹配生产效率,将树脂和固化剂的利用率最大化。
According to the process parameters of the existing molding sand, under the condition of satisfying the molding sand strength, the proportion of furan resin has been optimized to reduce unnecessary waste of production costs, and the proportion of curing agent has been optimized to control the reaction rate of the molding sand to match the production efficiency, which maximizes the utilization of furan resin and curing agent.
