摘要 为探索大型数据中心在先进技术加持下的运行与维护(简称:运维)管理新模式,以及新模式能够给数据中心运维管理带来的变化和提升点,文章以中国铁路主数据中心为例,结合建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)数据和物联网(IoT,Internet of Things)技术,分析数据中心的运维管理业务需求,研究将BIM数据与主要机电、信息等设备的实时数据相结合的技术,设计基于BIM技术的运维管理原型系统。该系统功能包括园区概览、资产管理、消防演练及能耗管理,为探索新型运维管理模式提供新思路,也为未来实现智能、高效、安全并可持续的运维目标提供技术参考。 In order to explore the new mode of operation and maintenance management of large-scale data center under advanced technology and the changes and improvements that the new mode can bring to the operation and maintenance management of data center,this paper took China Railway Main Data Center as an example,combined with Building Information Modeling(BIM) data and Internet of Things(IoT) technology,analyzed the operation and maintenance management business requirements of the data center,studied the technology of combining BIM data with real-time data of main electromechanical and information equipment,and designed the operation and maintenance management prototype system based on BIM technology.The functions of the system include park overview,asset management,fire drill and energy consumption management,which not only provides new ideas for exploring new operation and maintenance management mode,but also provides technical reference for implementing intelligent,efficient,safe and sustainable operation and maintenance goals in the future.
