摘要 为实现三元复合驱油井井口加药自动化控制,减少人力消耗,保证加药浓度,设计适用于井口加药装置的智能闭环控制系统。通过在线流量传感器检测油井产液量,智能检测装置检测采出液中药剂主要元素含量,进而计算采出液药剂浓度;利用数学模型建立加药泵冲程、冲速、产液量、药剂浓度三者的函数关系;采用计算机PLC控制系统和PID计算方法实现对泵冲程、冲速自动调整,完成产液量前馈控制和药剂浓度反馈控制两种控制模式。根据现场试验结果,采出液中药剂实际监测浓度与设计浓度平均误差控制在10%以内,实现了加药精准化控制,对产液量变化较大的机采井能更好地保证加药浓度,为三元复合驱机采井加药工艺智能化研究奠定了基础。 In order to realize the automatic control of wellhead dosing of ASP flooding oil wells,reduce manpower consumption and ensure dosing concentration,an intelligent closed-loop control system suitable for wellhead dosing device is designed.The on-line flow sensor is used to detect the liquid production of the oil well,and the intelligent detection device is used to detect the main element content of the reagent in the produced liquid,thus calculating the reagent concentration of the produced liquid.The mathematical model is used to establish the functional relationship between the stroke,stroke speed,liquid production and reagent concentration of the dosing pump,and the automatic adjustment of the stroke and stroke speed of the pump is realized by using the computer PLC control system and PID calculation method.The two control modes of liquid production feedforward control and reagent concentration feedback control are completed.According to the field test results,the average error between the actual monitoring concentration and the designed concentration of the reagent in the produced liquid is controlled within 10%,which realizes the accurate control of dosing,and can better ensure the dosing concentration for the mechanical production wells with large changes in liquid production.It lays a foundation for the intelligent research of dosing process in ASP flooding mechanical production wells.
